Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are fully covered by us. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge, with no minimum amount required.

Processing Your Order

Found the perfect product on our site? We understand you want to receive it quickly. That’s why we process and ship your order as fast as possible.

Here’s what you can expect:

- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

- The cut-off time for same-day processing is 5:00 p.m.

- Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once the order is processed, it is shipped. The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking code by email in the following days. This allows you to track your parcel via our delivery partner. More information is available on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery

Once your order is delivered, all that’s left is to enjoy it! However, if an issue arises and you wish to exchange or return a product, please visit our returns page.

Delivery is processed with the local logistic companies available.

Damaged Product?

It’s unfortunate, but it can happen during transport. In this case, we will send you a new product free of charge the first time. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for this first incident. In the event of a recurring problem, a full refund will be granted.

Check that you have selected the correct variants.

Click “Proceed to Checkout”.

Enter your delivery details and confirm their accuracy.

On the Delivery page, you will see that all deliveries are 100% free — our way of saying thank you.

Choose your secure payment method (SSL encrypted):

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Union Pay)

Click “Complete Order” and follow the instructions.

If you encounter a problem during payment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Lost Parcel?

If a parcel is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always resend the parcel before considering a refund. If the order is not received within 60 days of shipment, a full refund may be granted.

Missed Delivery or Pickup Point Collection

If a parcel is delivered to your door or to a pickup point, the shipping costs remain our responsibility. If the parcel is not collected or is refused and then returned to the sender, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the refund amount.
