Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days to return your oder:

- Products must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Used items are not eligible for a return.

- The packaging must not be damaged and must remain in its initial state.

Returned items must show no signs of use.

Note: If returned items do not meet these conditions, unfortunately we will not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.

Please always ensure that your return includes a tracking code (track & trace). Lost returns without proof of shipment will not be refunded. Returns sent without tracking are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return and the shipping label to return the product.

Once your return has been received, we will notify you by email. The purchase amount will be refunded within a few days after the return has been processed.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 5 minutes after placing it. After this period, the order is processed and can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service at the following address: info@couture-urbain.com, shortly after placing your order.

Returns are made at the sender’s own risk, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Incorrect Item or Size?

If you receive an incorrect item or size, we will send you the correct product free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds for returned items are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days after receipt of the parcel.

Please contact our customer service team to obtain the return address — we will assist you in completing your return easily.

Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any additional costs related to any restocking fee.
